Article-processing Charges: Authors are required to pay 2,500,000 Tomans handling fee and it should be paid if the manuscript is accepted for publication. This fee is 250 Euros for authors from countries other than Iran. The fee is non-refundable. Discounted fee is offered to ISM and TUMS members only. The acceptance to pay the handling fee is not a guarantee that the paper will be accepted for publication.
